Payment can be made via Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners, JCB, Eftpos, cash, direct bank deposit.
All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars on a per night basis
All accounts must be settled directly with Fremantle 3 Stirling Street Apartments in Australian Dollars.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in Australia we have to convert your purchase to Australian Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
All reservations made through this website must be accompanied by credit card details and the card will be debited the full amount at the time of reservation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A person making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and authorised on behalf of other persons to the booking.
2. Check in time is after 2.pm and check out time is before 10am.
3.The maximum number of persons staying in any one apartment is 2. Children/ Infants included.
4. No pets allowed.
5. No parties allowed.
6. Servicing: The apartments are cleaned/provided with clean linen/towels prior to any arrival. Stays of two weeks or
more include a once a week service. Additional cleaning can be arranged – cost $ 55,- per service.
7. Departure: Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. Please return the keys to the lock box mixing up the numbers.
8. Damage: The guest will be liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of,
Fremantle 3 Stirling St Apartments' property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay. Cost of repair or replacement is deductible
from the credit/debit card nominated at the time of booking and/or the credit/debit card presented for security on
9. The operator reserves the right to cancel/terminate a booking without any refund where the terms and conditions
have not been adhered to (eg. Smoking in the apartment, pets on premises...).
10. Cancellation policy : Deposit of first night's deposit fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations
within 7 days of arrival date will forfeit the first night’s deposit, unless the suite is subsequently rebooked. Failure to
arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show and full reservation tariff will be forfeited.
11. No liability is accepted by the operator for any expense, costs, losses, claims or other sums of any descriptions
which relate to the occupation of the premises however suffered or incurred.
12. General conduct: Any antisocial behaviour, excessive noise, unlawful behaviour, drug use is not tolerated in any of
the apartments The operator reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately without any refund.
13. By making a booking all persons staying at the apartment agree to the terms and conditions above.
Once a booking is confirmed all the above terms and conditions apply.
14. The tenant agrees to keep the apartment clean and tidy and to use all equipment according to their use.
15. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside apartments.
Payments are fully refunded for cancellations 7 or more days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will forfeit the first night’s tariff.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show and full reservation tariff will be forfeited.
